Artist Statement

I find that creating is inextricable from my being. I currently have two modes of creating:

1. Interrogating the complex political, social, historical and psychological underpinnings of memory and erasure.

2. Emulating the nostalgia of the ephemeral utilizing paint, textiles, and photography.
